This song is the next one that God gave me. It came over WGTS several mornings in a row while Chris was in the hospital. It is a great song and Laura & Martin's story is amazing.

"By Your Side" - Tenth Avenue North
Over the last 6 months [since May 2009] the Lord began a new era in my life, which began with a trial that may never end this side of heaven. During this time I began listening to WGTS http://wgts.org/2009/
God's Spirit is in the music, so it is more than just the music. Over these last six months, the music has literally calmed the anger within me. The song that I first heard when I tuned in was "By Your Side" by Tenth Avenue North. God really comforted me with it back in May and the song continues to bless me today. I wanted to post the link to the video as the first song on the blog. In fact I went to the band's Facebook to let them know how God used their music in my life.
Since then there are other songs that God is using in my life which I will share here also. In fact this past week was WGTS' Share A Thon to which I was blessed to contribute. I also want to stay in touch with the station through their Listener Advisory Board.
